What is DAAHP?
Wayne State University's Education Technolgy Services/Computing and Information
Services and the Walter P. Reuther Library/College of Urban, Labor and Metropolitan
Affairs have collaborated on this Web site which is designed to provide high
school and college students, as well as the general public with insights and
facts regarding the rich history of African Americans in Detroit. More information
on the Reuther Library can be found at: http://www.reuther.wayne.edu.
Co-directors,
archivist Louis Jones of the Walter P. Reuther Library and Producer/Director Darryl
G. Shreve of University Television, have assembled a solid team of archivists,
researchers and professionals trained in history and state of the art multimedia
technologies.
Our list of content advisors includes the scholars
