Interviews
One of the strengths of the Detroit African American History Project
is found in the interviews that we have included. Interviews of scholars and people that experienced the history that
we are seeking to document bring life to subjects that are not
always easy to relate in the form of the written word. With passion
and energy, these streamed audiovisual interviews have the capacity
to reflect more than merely what happened, but the personal sentiment
associated with this dynamic history.
